Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Coco Mar Vela Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
